Kodomo Link connects families in Okinawa with the local support around them. We use technology to bring families, organizations, and supporters together, and to make sure help reaches the people who need it.
Okinawa's child poverty rate is roughly 30%, twice the national average. And yet 100+ programs already exist across the prefecture: food banks, kodomo shokudō, scholarships, medical subsidies, housing assistance, legal aid.
The problem isn't lack of support. It's that support isn't reaching the families who need it. Information is scattered across NPOs, government, and community groups. Our job is to take that whole journey (finding, choosing, applying) and compress it to 3 minutes on LINE.
Use is fully free for families, always, in every situation. We're funded by NPOs, government, and corporate partners, never by the families we serve.
Your data is only shared with organizations you authorize. Stored in Japan. APPI (Personal Information Protection Act) compliant.
We don't grill you about income. Plain language, your pace, no pressure.
Stale information breaks trust. Availability and capacity update in real time, kept current with our partner organizations.
We guide you through applications, including how to obtain required documents. "Found" isn't the goal. "Received" is.
Where support goes, what kind, how much, all visible on a public dashboard with anonymized numbers.
Kodomo Link is a social enterprise project launched by TPV Company in 2026. We operate in partnership with Okinawa-based support organizations, government, and community groups.
As a family, an organization, or a supporter: there's a way to take part that fits.
