Terms of Service

Article 1: Purpose

The Service connects families living in Okinawa with local support organizations. Use of the Service by families is completely free. We will never charge families for accessing or using the Service.

Article 2: Eligibility

• ✓Families (general users): anyone, regardless of age or nationality.
• ✓Support organizations: limited to legal entities and groups reviewed and approved by TPV Company.
• ✓Supporters: individuals aged 18 or older, or companies and organizations with legal entity status.

Article 3: Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension without prior notice.

• ·Registering false or inaccurate information
• ·Harassing or defaming other families, organizations, or supporters
• ·Commercial solicitation through the Service (except where expressly permitted by TPV Company)
• ·Unauthorized access to or reverse engineering of the system
• ·Any conduct that violates laws or public order and morals

Article 4: Disclaimer

• The Service facilitates connections to support information and does not guarantee the provision of any specific support.
• Support information is managed by each registered organization. TPV Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and currency but does not guarantee completeness.
• Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, TPV Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

The design, software, text, logos, and other elements of the Service are owned by TPV Company or their respective rights holders. Copyright in data entered by families remains with those families.

Article 6: Service Changes and Suspension

TPV Company may modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate the Service while taking reasonable steps to minimize impact on families. Material changes will be communicated in advance via LINE or email.

Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Naha District Court as the court of first instance.
